We CHOOSE Reeces creek to transfer to. I was not impressed with the administration at the school both my daughters were "zoned" for, so I had them in-districted transferred to RCES. The principal is very professional, admin always smiles, and the teachers take a genuine interest in the students. The school does several very cool things for the students, like "block parties" for grades levels, talent shows, faculty "follies", musical group, and knighting ceremonies based on values taught every month. The TAG program far exceeds my expectations. I really hope that the coming years our transfer is accepted. My children LOVE RCES, and I can't imagine a better school for my kids!

We had our son transferred to Reece's Creek from another school in the district because he has an IEP for severe articulation. At Reece's he has excelled and is on the A/B Honor Roll and his articulation has improved drastically!!!! He doesn't get bullied or treated like he's stupid like he did at his other school!!!! I recommend this school to anyone!!! Thank you to Reece's Creek for treating and educating my son like he's suppose too!!

My daughter attended this school for 4th and 5th grade. 4th grade was not a great year for her due to the teacher she had. The good news is that teacher is no longer with the district. 5th grade for her was awesome and has been her best year yet! Mr. Douglas was her teacher. He is amazing. Not only is he a strong teacher, but he cares about the kids and their success. He was nothing but supportive the entire year. If you have a child entering for 5th grade...fight to have him/her put in his class!!

My Daughter has attended Reeces Creek for 4 years and my son 2 years. They have both thoroughly enjoyed their teachers including the Music, Science, Computer Lab, and Physical Education Teachers. I like the fact that the teachers keep the parents informed of what is happening in the school with weekly or monthly newsletters of what the children are learning and of upcoming field trips, tests, or special occasions...like Choir performances by grade, or the Faculty Follies! Every year my daughter looks forward to the Science Fair in which each student 1st - 5th submit a Science project. She won 2nd place in her class one year! Reeces Creek staff including Front Office, Cafeteria, Teacher's Assistants, as well as the Teachers, Principal and Vice Principals make Educating children in a safe environment priority #1. We love Reeces Creek Coyotes!

My son and daughter goes to Reeces Creek and they really educate the kids. My son is A Honor Roll Student. My daughter had received awards and commended from TAKS.My older daughter came from Reeces Creek and i really thought she will have a hard time catching up because we came from Hawaii 2006 and there school curriculum is not great.I thought my older daughter will have a hard time but her teacher helped her,and she did received award and commended in TAKS.Now she is is Live Oak turning to be 7th grade. I do have my 2 children still attending Reeces Creek and i am glad there still in that school. My children teacher are wonderful and very helpful. Reeces Creek has been the BEST school ever. This was the 4th elementary school my son attended and I have nithing bad to say at all. My other son was in Pre-k and both of their teachers were excellent. I felt as if the teachers were friends of mine and not just my son's teacher. My son has been an A Honor Roll Student and my son in Pre-K did great as well. The office staff is soo friendly and always have huge welcoming smiles on their faces when you walk in. The principals are great too. Unfortunately we are moving out of town and I am sad to have to take my children out Recces Creek I will say that if my boys are not happy at the new school I WILL MOVE THEM BACK TO REECES CREEK! Way to go Reeces Creek Staff, you ALL have AWESOME!! Jennifer

The staff at this school is very helpful and friendly. I'm glad that my children attend this school. My children transferred to this school in January of 08 from Germany and I have to say that they have learned a lot since they started attending this school. My son has gotten numerous awards and has maintained being on the honor roll. His reading and math has improved. My daughter has went from a picky eater to eating whatever I cook and she loves trying new things now. When I first enrolled her into Pre-K, I explained to the teacher that she was a very picky eater and she told me that she would work with her curing lunch to make sure that she at least tries her food. To no avail, it worked and I'm so happy that my children will continue to attend this school.

Recces creek school has really helped get my children ahead. I have three boys in that school this year. My oldest is now going to 4th grade next year and has adhd. From the begining it was a real struggle for me, but the teachers and staff were very patient and worked with me everyday. Till today he has been an 'a/b' honor roll student and enjoys going to school everyday. My other two boys enjoy going to school, the teachers are very helpful and are always keeping me up to date on thier grades and behavior. The office staff has also been a dream. They have remembered every member of my family. This is a relief for me, since i know that they would not allow my child to go with anyone unknown. This year we were rezoned but me and my family will try to keep our kids here.
