I am currently a student at Memorial Middle School. I have had no problems during my two years of being here. I think it is a great school with excellent teachers, but unfortunately it has earned a reputation it does not deserve. Yes, there are some bad kids, but aren't there at any school? Other midde schools in this area are no better than this one. I really enjoy going to school here, and I think that it is a good place to send your child.

This is probably the best school I've ever been too. I only attended a year and a half, but they're more ahead with their curricular than any other school I've been to. I highly recommend this school.

This school is not safe, If your husband is a Border Patrol your kid will be harassed all the time and the school official will not do anything about it, this school is the worse in kingsville Tx. Also check the TASK scores.

I have had 3 children attend Memorial and my 4th one is in her last year there. I think that there has been a big turnaround from the past. The new principle (Mr. Mireles) has done wonders. I was planning on putting my daughter at the King Ranch last year because of the past experiences with the school, but I gave it a chance, and I am glad that I did. The staff is so caring and I enjoy just stopping by for a visit. They never act like you are intruding. I just wish that the principles could move to the high school with my daughter for next year. I Thank Mr. Mireles, Mr. Watson, and Dr. Ruiz for all there hard work and commitment.

My daughter has had a great year at Memorial. I am so glad that she attended this school. There are so many activites that the children can be involved in. She did excellent on the TAKS test. On another note, my chid is happy to go to school there. When your child is happy it makes all the difference in the world. There is a new principal there and he has made some changes for the better. I am glad that my daughter has been successful at Memorial.

This school has been so wonderful these past two years. Many people would think that it is not a very good school, but it is an excellent school with excellent, bright and wonderful teachers
