Hidden Hollow is an excellent school. My daughter loves all of the teachers and enjoys going to school. She has been there for two years now. In two years, I do not think that I have seen the head principal, but the school is great regardless. The classes are at a good size and the teachers are great!
My daughter attended this school in kindergaten, at her end if the year program we asked her which one of the ladies in the cafeteria was the principal. Her response was, we have a principal? Enough said. (She was well aware of what a principal was because of the principal at her private preschool) We had tried several times to have contact with this woman with no avail. My daughter now attends another Kingwood school where the principal knows her by name, her younger siblings names, her interests outside of school, and her parents names.
I agree about the principal keeping her self busy, I will say too busy in 3 years We have not met her, and this shows at tha office. The assistant principle how ever!! nice lady, approchable and great with the students as well as the awezome teachers at HHE.
all the exemplary scores speak for the leadership as well as the teaching staff. The consistent superior performance shows that things are going right at HHE. Perhaps the Principal is busy doing her job rather than smoozing and patting parents on the back!
Wonderful school with excellent teachers and programs. The parent involvement is wonderful. The only negative we have encountered is the lack of leadership, accessibility, and friendliness of the head principle. There is a new assistant principle this year who is wonderful and knows the kids and parents. She is friendly and accessible and always has a smile for the kids. Hopefully her attitude will influence the head principle. Outside of this negative it is an excellent school. My children like to go to school and have been taught on a high academic level. We are very pleased with everything about HHE except the head principle.
For the most part, the teachers are awesome, as are the staff. We've been at HHE for 4 years now and absolutely love it. There's a principal? Inspite of this, we are happy here. My kids love it.
Nice school, lacking in disciplinary action, as most schools are. Impossible to speak to principle though! Principal should be accessable to parents! Teachers are good for the most part, some need to be more firm as the kids can get out of hand!
The school is well kept. The Teachers really care about our daughter. The commuication with the teachers is very important to a parent. Our daughter actually looks forward to going to school.
We are moving to Kingwood this summer and my child will be going to Hidden Hollow. I am looking for some comments from other parents regarding their experiences with the school.
Hidden Hollow is ok except the principals are not that great. The leadership is lacking but most of the teachers are good.
