IF YOU WANT YOU CHILDREN TO BE DISRESPECTFUL TO OTHERS ENROLL THEM HERE THESE ARE THE WORST KIDS I'VE EVER DEALED WITH AT MY BUSINESS PLACE AND I MEAN IT I GET KIDS FROM ALL THE OTHER SCHOOLS AND STUDENTS FROM DOERRE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT SEEM NOT TO HAVE ANY VALUES.

I've gone to Doerre for 2 years now. Im in the 7th grade and I love it here. The teachers and coaches are great. Im in band and am trying out for basketball. The band teachers are amazing and the coaches are terrific. This is a great school and in a very nice area. I have a broken arm and all of my teachers are helpful. My band teacher isn't mad or rude and my coaches are great about it. I really appreciate how good this school is. My elementary schools were great but Doerre is better. If you want to have a good education for you or your child this or any other Klein school is a perfect place to go.

I went to Doerre two years. There are two levels Pre-AP which is extremely hard or Regular which is extremely easy. There was no middle man. The Fine Arts were great! Everyone had something they were good at which I think is a negative, because if you aren't good at one thing you don't have any where to be. I loved the Orchestra program! I was only in there for one year but I learned as much as I did in 3 years of Saxophone\Band. Some teachers are great! My Pre-AP teachers were great except there was no extra credit. Which I don't understand because these are the kids that done that kind of stuff. Regulars no one cared except if you were failing. The kids in these class didn't care either. Over all OK school.

Doerre is a great school. Parents are not to be concern. So far there have not been any gangs at this school compare to others. Doerre is located in the middle class neighborhood and parents are involed by volunteer at Doerre. That what makes Doerre a wonderful school to go to. The teachers get strict with students because all they want to do is talk in class and not pay attention . I don't have any problem with my daughters teachers. We tell our daughter she needs to be re-spectful to her teachers and pay attention in class. One way to communicate with your kids is talk to them everyday and find out if they have any problem or concerns.

I've been going to Doerre for all three years. The sports programs are very good, and there are alot of extra curricular activities. The teachers usually teach nothing but TAKS or pointless worksheets, but I've really learned alot since I've gone to Doerre. The principals are mean, and the school's discipline system is horrible. They treat you really bad for minor rules, but the major ones the punishment doesn't teach students enough. Usually people don't even care if they are written up, because they are fed up with people picking fights with them. Teacher Quality = 4/5 Principal Leadership = 3/5 Extra Curricular Programs = 4.5/5 Sports Programs = 4.5/5 Safety & Discipline = 2.5/5 Parent Involvement = 5/5

I was in honors classes all the way through Doerre. The kids who have a mind of their own are treated badly because they don't act like everyone else. I was treated as an outcast and was ignored the whole way through because I was 'different.' The teachers focus on nothing but TAKS, the Doerre Dollars system is terrible with worthless rewards. The only good thing was the rewards at the end of eighth grade, we got a field day for good TAKS scores and two dances. The rest was pretty much forgettable. I hated Doerre and I'm glad I graduated.

Doerre can be a great school but there were tons of fights in my 6th grade year. The sports programs are great. Besides the fighting, it is a very neat school.
