This is the best school by far. The teachers are genuine. The school is really nice and kept clean. The kids are not too bad either.

Killough strictly enforces not cheating. It includes your input so you actually care because you're involved. Killough promotes activities with morals, teaches honesty and values.

We love this school! The principal truly cares as does the faculty. WE have had a great experience.

This used to be a great school. I had two other students graduate from Killough, however, under current leadership we have had an awful experience. There used to be proactive communication and partnerships to support the students, however, this has been the worst year we have ever had in a Lewisville school after 20 years of being in the district. We have had little to no support and regardless of how much we have tried to get involved proactively nothing has worked. Although you might get generic emails and voice messages from the school, you are unable to get any individual assistance needed. Under current leadership, there is little respect given to students and teachers. I have recently talked with others regarding their experience at Killough and hope those who are dealing with concerning issues will also take steps to have their concerns addressed in order to promote positive change.

My child, a g/t student, cannot get the higher level classes needed to be challenged. Though the teachers we have had have been good and are trying. The principal seems to care only about a select group of students, doesn't listen to the other kids and talks down to parents.

LHS Killough, the name changed, is an incredible school! The Principal, Mrs. Pam Flores is OUTSTANDING! She truly cares for each & every one of her students. She goes above & beyond anything I have ever seen when it comes to her students. She is very fair with the students & they know that & trust her. When it's business time, she's all about getting it done & making sure the students have the right atmosphere to do their very best. When it's time to have fun, she's the first one out there dancing, leading cheers, kissing pigs & so much more. If there is a student in need, she will do everything she can to help. This is an educator that doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk! Mrs. Flores changes lives. We have been blessed to watch her change many of those lives. "Good" kids are easy to motivate, but she finds opportunities for them to grow, to challenge them & encourage that want to be the best they can be. The struggling kids, failing classes, skipping & getting in trouble both in & out of school. So many of those students are making A/B Honor Roll, taking Pre-AP classes, coming to school every day & not getting into trouble. She is ALL about the students & it shows.

This school is a great school with teachers that are excellent they help you when you need it. Another reason that this school is good is becasue its only 9th graders and since the previous year you were in Middle School this school helps you prepair for the real high school! Its GREAT!
