Both of my kids attended Murfee from K-5, and received excellent educations. The Core Knowledge Curriculum can't be beat, and most of the teachers at Murfee are true, dedicated educators who want our kids to succeed not only in the classroom, but in life. Parent involvement is evident in every aspect of this school as well.
Murfee is a wonderful school! Even though it is a public school, it has a waiting list to get in, so we moved to the neighborhood, just so our children could attend. The parent involvement in amazing, and there is not a bad teacher in the building! Also, our principal, Kathy Rollo, is top notch. Amazing, amazing, amazing. We are so blessed to have our children there.
