We have had problems with the quality of education from some of the teachers and the principal is non-responsive to complaints.

I have worked at this school for two years now and have found that the parent involvement is phenomenal. The staff, that includes the administration, teachers, support personnel, custodial staff and cafeteria workers are 100% for kids. I have never seen a school that is so fanatic about student success, and not just some students, each individual student. Kudos to the staff, parents and students of Elizabeth Smith Elementary School. Go Stallions!

My daughter has gone to ESE for kindergarten and first grade. She absolutely loves her teachers and has learned a great deal. She is doing great and has had two very attentive and loving teachers. They really make learning the priority and have many yearly activities for the children and their families. I also like it because it is diverse both racially as well as economically, so my daughter can learn to interact with all types of people.

My daughter has gone to ESE since it opened 2 years ago. She has excelled in all her classes and loves the extra sports that are offered by the PE coaches. Highly recommended.

We were there for ESE's first year, as a kindergarten family. I felt that my child had a new teacher who was not very organized compared with the other teachers. I believe that some of the kindergarten classes excelled, and it is an excellent school, although our teacher may not have been the best. We moved to this area just so that we could attend this new school, instead of imogene gideon. overall, I am pleased, the quality or music and art seem good to excellent (art I rate as excellent).
