I think that it is an great experience to me because the students are great and they are not disrespectful. I think thst you should just get to know the school better and that the kids might just be rude but threre is a way to make the kids settle down a little.
This is my 3rd and last year teaching at Marlin High School. It has been a learning experience about how to teach in an environment where the students have no discipline, the administration is weak to enforce discipline, and where the district does not support teacher enhancement or morale. I do not recommend any teacher to teach at this high school or district whatsover. If you do, you will see and experience first hand what I mean.
