Memorial has been a wonderful school for my 3 children. All have excelled in all their classes due to wonderful, caring teachers. Teachers contact parents to tell about the good things their child is doing. The AP courses really help prepare the students for college. My kids have succeeded in college because of Memorial HS.

There is a strong AP/Honors program for juniors and seniors but the general classes often lack motivation from teachers and there is little student discussion/interatcion with the course material. Parental involvement is usually the parent's responsibility as rarely do any of the teachers contact parents before their child is in serious trouble.
