The Quality of Academic programs is great for a small rural school. The extra curricular activities such as sports, art, one-act-play, ag, etc are all very competitive and on the way up. The level of parent involvement is always wanted and needed and always appreciated.
I attended McLean High School and I would recommend a small school vs. a large school any day. The personal teacher-student level is a plus. I think MHS is a great school and I wouldn't change my experiences there for the world.
