Hi, I was a student at Merkel Middle school. I think that the whole school, on a scale of 1 to 10, is truly about a 7. There is always something wrong with a school, no matter what. We had a crappy principal who didn't even where a nice shirt and tie, but wore jeans, a t-shirt, and a spongebob tie, but then in came Mr. Hyde. Mr. Hyde is probably the best thing that ever happened to MMS. He is leaving again, and I'm sure we'll all surely miss him. But Merkel Middle school is truley a pretty nice school. They're Choir, Theatre, Art, and Band programs are all wonderful, so I encourage students to join them. Yea, I enjoyed my years here. GO BADGERS!
