Community Christian School

I have had children attending CCS for over 5 years. The recent change in administrators has not been easy on the parents. I chose this school so that my children could be in small classes & have teachers who love the Lord. Each year the classes have grown, but I do feel that the students are still getting more attention than in public school. The Pre-K and Kindergarten teachers are amazing! They have recently lost several great teachers & I pray that their replacements will do well.

I was only there for my freshman year, but that school touch my heart. The students and teachers were amazing and I miss them all so much. Now, I go to Weatherford High School, but I will always be thinking about CCS.

CCS has been a wonderful opportunity for our children to excel in learning scripture and applying biblical principles in the early years. Unfortunately, we have not been as taken with the older grades, and the current administrator seems very unqualified for the position making it hard on teachers and parents to form a unified community.

Community Christian School is a wonderful School with involved and supportive teachers. The small student to teacher ratio helps no student to be left behind. the only weakness of the school is the lack of extra-curricular activity. The school is based on parents being involved in the students life and supportive of the overall schools activity.

My child has been at CCS since first grade and is currently in seventh grade. CCS has been a blessing to my child and family. The small class size has been a trememdous advantage to my shy girl. CCS is strong in Christian learning and also in academic subjects. The teachers live their Christian beliefs every day as an example for the children. Numerous field trips complement the academics. Another hallmark of CCS is the strong but loving discipline. Unfortunately the principal is retiring this year and he will be sorely missed.
