Munday has an outstanding school tradition, dedicated teachers, and a supportive community. The district has first rate facilities and students enjoy a low teacher-student ratio. The school has a very low faculty turn over rate which makes for educators who are invested in the students as well as the community. Munday High School has numerous awards at the state level in UIL academics, football, track, cross country, one act play, and band.

School administration and School Board are to concerned with sports. Great school if your child is in athletics, not a lot to offer otherwise.
