This is a wonderful school. The principal is innovative and not afraid to hold teachers accountable.

The school seems to be searching for a discipline strategy and rightly so. There are some inconsistencies as far as behavior standards go. For example, in the same hallway there are teachers who tell the students a) there is no talking in the hallways (-5 on your agenda if you talk), b) you must whisper in the hallway (- 5 for talking in normal voices), and c) it is ok to talk in normal voices in the hallway (-5 for shouting only). Maintaining consistent behavior standards would give students clear expectations to live within and make the environment a much better place. Academically, we have been pleased. Teachers have been supportive as needed. We are a little disappointed with band - it seems like she doesn't enjoy working with this age children. Our son enjoys school overall, however, and that is important, and he is learning what he needs to.

This seems to be a good school my daughter has been there since the fifth grade. She learns from there teaching, she understands, but if she doesnt all teachers are willing to help. For extra help you go to tutorials. They have a good extracurricilar activitys, including sports and different clubs, also band. This school welcomes all parental involment. They encourage parents to be a part of there schools. There principal, mr green, is a very good man. Hes fair and all the kids love him. Parents to. I feel confident that my daughter will be fine while at a school function.
