My gifted daughter's educational psychologist recommended this school for their exemplary staff and school curriculum and the fact that they were willing to place her into gifted classes so quickly and without argument. Way to go Oak Point!!!

We have found the principal and staff to care about my child and are always willing to help. My child loves going to school and I'm glad that she goes to Oak Point Elementary.

We were very disappointed in our experiences with our daughter at this school. They would not allow our gifted daughter to take math in a higher class, or accommodate her in any way. She was very unhappy. Our meetings with the principal and teacher on this and other issues were unsuccessful. We didn't feel that we were considered or listened to at all. With our daughter's extreme unhappiness at school, we have had to seek an educational psychologist to help our daughter deal with her negative experiences.
