Most of the teachers are good teachers. The main problem though is a lack of funding leading to a lack of staff. I have talked with many parents and bullying is a problem during recess with the boys. The school has a no bullying policy but does not have the staff to enforce it on the playground. Academics are merely average for the state of Texas.
Generally good school - my daughters attended there for a few years until they were required to go on to the middle school in Pampa. I then took them out of the Pampa system and moved them to the Lefors School district
