While visiting your area, we drove by your school on Sept. 9th, 2011. I was very surprised ( and, embarrassed) to see the Texas flag flying upside-down in front of your school. We've been told that this a common occurance. Pleae correct this. Thanks, Kathy

I have kids that have no choice but to attend, I'm all for the Bi-Lingual but this school caters more to the people who do not speak English. It is insulting, and I think they need to do a better job of making it equal and not lean more towards one specific language. I have Hours of video of graduations, programs, etc etc and i am ready to submit them to the school board and show them this is not Bi-Lingual. Overall the safety isn't so great, there drop off system is not too good. I give this school from my own personal experience, a one star. Garcia Elementary , you can do better! the potential is there go for it!

The dual language program is great. Staff is proficient in English and Spanish language (not 'Spanglish').
