Our child has been attending the Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic School since before Pre-K. We love the school, the teachers and fellow students. Its our community. They do a very good job of giving my child the basics to learn. He was even named Saint in the Making. He loves OLG and so do we!

My son has been goign to OLG since kindergarten. When he started he was shy ans emotional and withdrawn. He has really come into his own and I truly believe it is because of the family enviorment at OLG. This school is a family and it's great to see everyone pull together. Kids are polite and there is no violence or bullying here. It's awesome. I pondered the thought of taking my son out but he made up my mind when he said he didn't want to go anywhere else. He loves his teachers and has grown to be a vibrant happy outgoing child. If you have the opportunity this is the best place to send children in Port Lavaca. They are working on more extra activities but it makes up for it inthe knowledge and strength they gain.
