Handles bullying effectively: Strongly disagree

- a
The administration and staff are the biggest bullies of all.

Supports LD students: Strongly disagree

- a
The school practices an exclusionary policy effectively excluding children with disabilities, learning delays, development delays or any other issues which might qualify a child for being at risk. They also exclude children from artistic opportunity and vo-tech education. The children that are included are the athletes, wealthy kids and college bound students, all others are treated in a manner of being excluded and unimportant.,

Effective school leaders: Strongly disagree

- a
The improvement required, failing status of the school will not change until there are changes in administration and staff. Parents and children should not be afraid of retaliation from a school when dealing with issues and concerns. The administration bullies the parents and uses strictly author ways to keep students and parents submissive. A child should never say to a parent "Don't go up there (to the school) because you'll only make things worse for me. Also, allowing students to participate in sports when they are not passing is not helping the athletes, it's called enabling.

Develops character: Strongly disagree

- a
The school itself lacks integrity, compassion and respect for the students and parents so how can it possibly teach something it does not practice. The administration and staff act in a retaliatory manner and act in a strictly absolute authoritarian manner which is to bully the parents and children into submission. Therefore children transferring to other schools or being homeschooled because parents and kids are afraid of the school.

Teacher effectiveness: Strongly disagree

- a
If they were effective 45% of kids would not be failing. Post is losing tax dollars for the schools because so many children are transferring to other districts or homeschooling because of not having access to education due to bad administration, Ineptitude of principles and flat out retaliation towards parents and students who express concerns of the failing status of school and how things are being addressed and handled. The teachers majority wise drive in from Lubbock and have no vested interest in the community.

Amount of homework: Strongly disagree

- a
They send home excessive homework because they are failing to teach them if class. They sent home 2hr of homework one day because they failed to provide a teacher in class or substitute and sent home classwork that did not get done in class as homework.

- a
The administration and staff are failing to educate the children of Post as indicated by the improvement required status and no.2 ranking. They rule the parents and children by retaliation and harassment if the parents express disagreement of what is going on at the school. We should not have to send our kids to other towns to get an education. The new elementary will do our kids no good without changes in administration and staff. I believe a civil lawsuit should be filed on behalf of the parents and children who are being denied access to education in Post.

- a
Father of kids that have been going since 2005 and still have one in the 3rd grade. Teachers and admins are great. Parents are welcome to participate but don't 67% of School is economically disadvantaged. Seems to attract some really caring teachers. Good to see children of teachers now teaching there. Strong leadership in Principle and 2 Assistant Principles and Staff.

- a
The teachers are great, and the office staff, administration, and principal are all very committed to the kids. Some children may struggle with the Taks test, but overall, we are very pleased with Post.

- a
I found this school to be very good. The class sizes are small, and the children get plenty of instruction.
