Ranger Elementary School

i have three students in this school this school last year we went to eastland i practically had to force them to school at gunpoint this year is such a turnaround for them everything is more positive. we were deciding last year wether or not to let them continue in eastland and im glad we made the right choice for them and for ourselves.

Ranger Elementary offers a wonderful academic program. They have excellent teachers who truly care about their students. The music program is great. Each grade level provides a field trip for the students. I especially like the fact that the fourth grade travels to Austin to visit the capitol building. The school has a computer lab the students use with such programs as accelerated reader, accelerated math, STAR program, LeapFrog, and Orchard. The first grade provides Reading Recovery to help struggling readers catch up with the others. Tutoring is availbable before and after school to help anyone in any subject area. The principal is awesome. He is so good with the students. The offer pre-k through 5th grade classes at the elementary level. Students have access to a great library. The nurse is there daily to tend to the students who are ill. It is a wonderful school. Check it out.
