My kids have went to pre-K and K there...It is a really great school, with the exception of the lunch organization...there is NONE...The kids just do whatever and they are expected to be monitored by 2 lunch monitors...kinda hard when there are 200-250 k graders in there....so??? Otherwise, the teachers seem to really care and my kids both did good in the school....I will say the Pre-K, I do not recommend...on that level the teachers are just really coarse?
This is a great school. My daughter started out here in the third grade and has done great with the transition from another school district. My son started out here in Kindergarten and has just flourished! The teachers are great! They have a great gifted and talented program.
My daughter absolutely loves her teacher! she looks forward to going to school every Monday- Friday! (she tells me every weekend, she can not wait to see her teacher). Mrs Prachyl is very nice and really cares about every one of her students. Thanks Mrs. Prachyl!
This school is a diamond in the rough! I am so pleased with everything here especially Mrs. McCord who teaches Kindergarten. Everyone truely cares for each of the children.
This has been a great school for my daughter to go to for her fourth grade year. She was very nervous transfering from her old school but i believe the students and administration made it easy for her to adjust. She does very well academically due to the excellent learning environment.
The extra special attention that the teachers and staff give to these kids is incredible. I have been blown away by the great deatil that they provide on everything from security (i.e. You drop off your kids at the curb and and are escorted to the minuted the staff open up the door to your car all the way till they enter the building's cafeteria or gym), to the classroom layout of the grade level 'pods' (i.e. all classes are grouped together in one immediate area where resttooms and utility rooms are all in within arms reach.) Also the fact that they have a totally brand new building is really nice....new library, new cafeteria, new furniture, new everything! It's a great school where teachers and staff really care about the children.
