OCS is an excellent school. One of my sons has attended school at OCS since he was in K4. He loves it and we love it. Great teachers and staff, wonderful education. My younger son was attending a charter school and it was a nightmare, he was moved to OCS and is doing great! I would recommend OCS to anyone wanting an excellent education from an excellent school.

I have been thrilled with the spiritual and academic training that OCS has provided my children. Mrs. Weyand, the Administrator, has a deep passion about quality Christian education, and that has been our experience in my children's lives. The teachers and staff truly care about my children and have truly partnered with me to prepare my students for life. My hope is that the school would continue to grow and add additional classroom space and athletic fields for the secondary students. There is a great vision for OCS, so let's get behind it, and make it happen!!!

This is truly an outstanding school. When I first came to the school in 10th grade, I did not care about school or my grades, but that quicky changed. Now I strive to reach excellence in everything I do, including grades, sports, character, and my spiritual life. Ovilla Christian School has really changed my life, and I recommend it to any parent seeking a school that will academically challenge his or her child and help him/her to grow spiritually. Everything about this school builds character and ecourages excellence. Every one of the teachers and administration are so loving and care so much about the students. They encourage the students to try harder and reach for excellence, even in the little things. I am truly thankful to God for showing my parents this school for me. God has really used this school to touch and change many lives, including mine.

This is the 10th year that we have had children attending Ovilla Christian School. Overall, we have been exceptionally pleased each and every year. The godly character that they instill in each subject, through the teacher's lives and just general atmosphere is incredible. The teachers genuinely have shown a personal interest in each of our children. I feel quite informed of what is going on. God has truly blessed this school.

OCS is a very unique school with a small, family like feel. Most of the teachers are extremely qualified and even more importantly, really care about the students. OCS was a safe haven after my child has a rough experience in public school. The school sponsors mission trips for students. The dual credit program is great. I would especially like to commend Mrs. Marks who is an outstanding higher level math teacher, Mr. and Mr. Hayes who was is the best Bible teacher ever!

Our family loves OCS! This is our 5th year there, and we could not be more pleased. The teachers and coaches are wonderful, and the curriculum is balanced. Having 2 boys, I appreciate hands on, active learning along with tradional. My kids love the fine arts program as well. They are also constantly being challenged with activities such as Math Olympics, Speech Meets, Art Fair, etc. Another thing we are grateful for is the partial scholarship program, which has enabled our kids to be a part of OCS. We have a great administrator; she truly loves our kids and their families. When my husband was in ICU following a bad accident, she was at the hospital the next day, along with our children's teachers. We are blessed to be a part of this school.

OCS is the best kept secret in Ellis County! The cost of private school education can be as high as $15,000/year for Dallas schools. OCS tuition is at least 50-75% less than those of comparable schools because it remains debt-free! It is solid academically and has a good sports program. No football, but great basketball and cross country state champs 4 years in a row! OCS integrates the Word of God into every aspect of learning. Students are not only taught the Bible, they are consistently challenged to ask questions, seek answers, and take ownership of why they believe what they believe. No school is perfect, but God led us to OCS and that makes it perfect for us.

OCS has been a great school academically for me. I highly enjoy the classes, love the teachers and love playing sports for the Lady Eagles.
