I have four children that went to St. Paul from kindergarten through 8th grade. Each one graduated with honors from high school and went on to graduate from the college of their choice. St. Paul prepared them spiritually, mentally, academically, and socially to meet the challenges of the real world and to show their love for Christ as they show love for others. I have also been a teacher at ST Paul for 23 years. I love teaching in an environment where the sense of community, family, and service reflect the Social Justice values that are taught daily in the classrooms. St Paul is a great school!

The atmosphere at St. Paul's is all about family and community. The teachers are highly qualified and some of the most caring teachers I have ever known. The Middle School teachers insure that students are more than well prepared for high school and beyond! I highly recommend St. Paul's School!

Handles bullying effectively: Strongly agree

- a
Bullying is not tolerated, and there are many avenues available to teachers and administration depending on each situation.

Supports LD students: Strongly agree

The school has a Language Lab that provides therapy and training for elementary students diagnosed with dyslexia. Middle school students in the Language Lab are given help in all subjects with an emphasis on reading comprehension and written work. St. Paul's is the only school in the diocese that provides a Math Lab for students with learning differences and those who are identified as needing extra help in math. The Math Lab also provides enrichment for elementary students who are identified as high achieving students. Classroom teachers work closely with the labs to provide additional support in classrooms.

Develops character: Strongly agree

The mission of the school is to develop the whole person, and Gospel values are the heart and soul of this development. Integrity, compassion, respect, and a life of service are cornerstones of these values.

Teacher effectiveness: Strongly agree

- a
The majority of the teachers have many years of experience, and many hold advanced degrees. The teachers stay informed on best practices in the field of education and are open to new techniques and materials to enhance student learning. Most importantly, the teachers truly care about each student as a person, not simply as an academic student.

Both of my children attended St. Paul from K-8 and thrived in the caring environment. The teachers are wonderful and go above and beyond for all their students.

Amount of homework: Strongly agree

- a
Homework is not over assigned and students have many opportunities, daily, to get help if help is needed.

SPS is a wonderful, traditional learning environment. My child is finishing her third year here and is thriving. The staff is wonderful, the children and families are nice, and my daughter is challenged appropriately for her grade level. We've been very happy here!

St Paul is a great school. The entire staff is very caring of the children.
