Not good at all! We were very disappointed with the Kindergarten program. We took our child out after we saw no homework coming home. The class pace was very slow. Overcrowding was a big issue along with the teacher not having that many years of experience.

My daughter has come a long way this year! Her teacher and extra programs the school has to put focus on bringing your child to level they should be at should be is great! I was very pleased with their real participation in her academics. They care!

Stinson is a wonderful school. There is a very high level of parent involvement. The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem right now is overcrowding. The downside to a great school is that everyone wants to go here. When attendance boundary zones were redrawn last year, no one wanted to leave; and didn't! Now there are almost 200 kindergarteners. All of fourth grade are in portable buildings. There may be plans for expansion, but the site is severely restricted for additions. It is a wonderful school. I would recommend it if the overcrowding were under control. Quality of anything goes down whenever there is little room to breath.
