Although the facility is new and welcoming, there is still a growth curve that needs to be managed which would allow for the school to accomplish much more by way of its students. A paradigm shift in old guard vs-new guard in reference to teaching would faciliate this process in my opinion. Bold approaches with strong community buy-in could create the ideal learning environment for students and to attract and keep quality educators.
