the parents who have been there with the school for a long time are greeted and treated nicely. the students and parents who are new to the school are treated rude and if you have any questions Mrs. Jackson will make it known that it is a huge inconvenience to her.

My children attended Paschall for 5 years. The current principal is wonderful and has solved all of the prior issues. I love this school now and am sad we had to move on.

My daughter just starts PreK this year at the Paschall Elemetary school, so far I like it. They have great program for students, parents, and teachers. I hope my daughter will enjoy that school year there. We all love her school.

Last year, academic year 09-10 was not an excellent year. Unfortunately the principle was leaving the school so there was little organization especially in concerns to the 4th grade. I had to hire a private tutor (which is very expensive) to increase my child's performance in Math. My child has always performed at the highest levels until 4th grade. I found my child struggling, the 4th grade teacher wasn't very expereinced and had problems relaying basic concepts. I'm hopeful for this year however; because they will have new administration and hopefully there will be more structure. There are some wonderful teachers at Paschall and I'm hoping that with their new leadership there will be a new inspiration to motivate and challenge the children toward learning. Learning can be fun!

Paschall is a wonderful elementary school. Before I got a teaching position in another district that is nearby my home, I substitute taught at Paschall. The students and teachers are awesome and the administration is very helpful.

This is a great school, teachers are very nurturing. They really care about your child they have a wonderful reward system which not only rewards the hard working but persuades, and challenges the (not so hard working) to try harder and do better. The safety of your child is a top priority at this school. Parents are really involved and the school encourages and welcomes this. Not only do the children do a good amount of projects in the school there is also a very balanced amount of homework. This is a great school!

Another school year begins, and the concerns are greater this year than last. There is still no accountability from the administration or faculty.

I personally feel this school is very unorganized. The teachers my daughter is given (Pre-k) Mrs.Lozano and Ms.Sherrie are excellent but the cafeteria is just non-nutritional to watch. A lot of non-communication to the parents. I am more than tempted to transfer my child to another school.

My daughter no longer attends this school but she had great experiences there. The school has had some administrative issues inthe past but I am impressed with the new principal. I think she will have a positive impact and help keep good teachers at this school. The academic program is not as challenging for upper level students but there is a good balance of learning and fun. Parental involvement was always encouraged and welcomed.

I agree with parent, school is very very nice externally, but their is a problem with the staff. I think mainly with the Principle and Vice Principle, they seem to be lost. My child was transferred out of this school to another school due to learning disabilities, and I what a complete turn around, Much more organized and on track, but I guess that's what happens with a brand new school, I guess it takes time.

This school is only nice externally, but internally I am very regretfull. The staff is nice and courteous to parents, but in my opinion there is not enough work given to students to keep thier minds occupied. They have what you call ' in class homework'. I was told by a teacher that there is not enough parental envolment to have homework sent home. She would send homework home and it would come back undone. The consequence would be no recess in order to finish homework. I have a first grader and a third grader and my worst fear is not having them successfully advance to the next grade level or worse having them advance not prepared enough. The third grade class have students who at this point still do not know how to read. Perhaps time is spent getting these children caught up while leaving others without resources. I have done some recent research and found out that their scores for TASK are not up to par. Discipline is the worse I have ever seen.
