My kids go to school in Seminole. When we first moved to Seminole, all the people we met would brag about how great the schools were. My guess is they have never been outside of Seminole. The schools are old, some of the teacher have terrible attutudes and it seems like they care too much about who you family is. We are not from Seminole so we don't get the home town "special treatment" as other do. We will be gladly moving soon!

I currently attend Seminole High School and have done so throughout the duration of my high school career. Because of this, I can't effectively compare it to another school, but what I can say is that from what I have heard I believe Seminole has one of the highest quality school systems in the State of Texas. Most of the teachers are amazing. They care about students' well being and don't show up just to get a paycheck. I have personal relationships with several of my teachers and can see myself being friends with them for the rest of my life. As far as the student population as a whole goes, there is hardly any violence and for the most part everyone is friendly. From academics to sports, Seminole takes pride in continuing the tradition of successfulness that has been established. Seminole's school district is one that I would definitely consider.

I went to Seminole High School and although there was alot of great teachers there is also alot of downs. They take swatting students way to far. for everything you do you get a swat. they dont understand mistakes and some of the teachers are just rude and they don't help you when you need it.
