Ms. Trevino-Principal takes the steps it takes to create a climate in which people want to perform to the best of their ability evident on parent interaction with her teachers. The principal does her best to establish trust and confidence by having an open door policy. Sharing relevant information, setting a clear direction, objectives and measures and providing and encouraging constructive feedback all contribute to successful relationships with student and parents. The principal s vision is to have a positive parental contribution and how to have it facilitated and promote this through the implementation of school initiatives. PTA is off to good start and having coffee with the parents is in her agenda as well. Leadership involves the provision of a clear purpose and direction to the school staff and students and I believe that is very important Welcome new teachers and our new principal Ms. Trevino our Leader of Barrera Elementary from all parent advocates. Goal Best of the Best !!
