I attended 7th and 8th grade at CMS and i LOVED it! it was the best 2 years of my life! deffinatly more freedom than elementary. The teachers are amazing! i honestly dont want to go on to high school and leave carroll middle school behind. The school was actually a high school 1970-1990 and then they changed it to a middle school, it was the first high school in southlake! The town is top notch too! best school and city ever...

Teachers enjoy being there and are eager to teach. Made some of the best friends I ever had while here and learned a lot. Probably some of the best years of my life and established an academic base for me.

CMS is a top-notch school. Great parent involvement and community support. Teachers and administrators give their best and expect the same from the students. The one thing keeping us in Southlake...the schools!

My son hates this school. The head principal is the only good person. My advice: Go to Colleyville or Grapevine. My son transfered to Fort Worth christian for high school, hes much happier.

This school is great. No complaints and I'm very pleased with the TAKS scores and parental involvement. Great community, as well.

My twins completed an extraordinary 7th grade last school year and are now being challenged in 8th grade. The principal, staff and teachers are exceptionally talented, strong and great role models for our kids. We love our new Principal. She listens and follows through with what she says she will do. Also, we have found that she goes out of her way to accomodate parents and kids requests. CMS is very lucky to have someone of her calibre heading up its school. I know my twins will come out of CMS fully prepared for their first step into high school life. Thank you so much.

Carroll Middle School is a great school. I attended CMS in the seventh grade.. and I have to admit- that was one of my favorite years in school so far. The teachers were wonderful and the coaches were awesome. I learned alot that year, and i still can actually put that learning to good use now.
