We have two children at SGCS and will be sending our third to preschool there this Fall. We love the school - academically it is top-notch. One of our children is strong academically and is challenged by the curriculum. Our other child tends to struggle a bit, but is encouraged and helped to learn in a way that works for him. We are very grateful for their caring, flexible way in which they teach to each child's strengths. The teachers are great and the Director very approachable.

There are good quality educators and some are the best you will ever get. Communication with parents could be better but as a whole - Much better than public, and better than any other private we looked at of attended. The kids come out with a very good education equal to the best you could get in the Houston area.

They have a good program. But, they only teach whole groups. If a child didn't understand a concept they won't meet with those kids, as many schools do it nowadays, in a small group to reteach those concepts in a more differentiated instruction considering that every child learns at a different pace and we have different types of learners.

I sent my son to the preschool. While I think they have a basically good academic program. The teacher-parent communication was terrible. It was very hard to find out what exactly my son was doing at school. As a 3 year old he was not really able to articulate day-to-day information and the teachers did not regularly write a report. I was used to getting a lot more feedback and felt like I was out of the loop.

My kids have attended SGCS for 7 years now. It is a wonderful learning environment. The teachers are excellent and love each and every kid.

I went to school here, and now proudly send all three of my children. It is an education unlike any other, by far exceeds your expectati0ons. What a comfort and blessing to know my children are well cared for and loved.
