Actually, the school is not in a bad neighborhood at all. It is right outside the Sugar Land City Limits, due north the Village of Oak Lakes neighborhood. My son has consistently tested 2 and 3 grades above his placed grade, since he completed kindergarten. The classes are small (10), and the children get alot of personal attention. I was disappointed with the loacal elementry school, and have been very pleased. As far as costs go, compared to other private schools, the school is a bargain!
