We have had problems with bullies (resulting in a physical fight) -- we submitted a report online and when I asked the vice principal if he had seen it, his response was, "I don't know where those reports go. No, I didn't know there was a problem." Why set up a system and advertise it for use if it isn't going to be managed. Also, while I was visiting the school one day, a child had an accident because the bathrooms were locked. Not a healthy environment in any way.
I think the teachers are very experienceed at what they teach. They could use a little more disciplinary action, though.
