I would say the academic programs are average with the accelerated courses for advanced students getting a little better every year. Don't believe art is offered, band has taken a turn over the last few years and has gone to the next level with our band director. UIL events don't seem to matter to the teachers when trickles down to the students, they just go through the motion, do only what they have to. Parent involvement is great if you count about 10% of students that have parents involved in some form or fashion. Same parents are involved in every aspect. Superintendant is the biggest problem with leadership in Tahoka, until he leave the school will not be all it can be.
