I am a parent of a 6th grader and I am very happy with Mrs. Tidwell's leadership. She will listen to the children and listen to them. I have also witnessed her call a child out of line to compliment them on a job well done. I'm afraid if for some reason Mrs. Tidwell were to leave the school we would have a hard time keeping up the team spirit of the school and our blue ribbon award might be in danger of being a solo event. Personally I believe my child's education is more rounded than if attending any of the other surrounding schools.

I have worked in different school systems both public and private throughout Texas. This is truly one of the best. Our principal is by far the best I have ever worked with. The teachers work well with each other to provide the best for their students. I would recommend this school system to anyone moving to this town.

The principal, Christy Tidwell has really set high standards for not only herself but for the staff. I would like to say that they shine brightly, academically they continue to raise the bar. They work with the 7 keys to success which helps the students to have a positive outlook for themselves as well as their future. They have a great method of communication with the parents, which gives them a say and keeps them informed. As a parent of a student I feel confident about my son's education as well as his future. Having a high standard and the method to help the students see that they can achieve anything is inspiring. Know matter here you go at school you are greeted by a smile. I am also a PTA representative and it is a pleasure to work with such a great group of caring people.
