As a new family to TWCA we are delighted by the interest taken in each of our children as individuals. I have children in both middle and high school this year. The Principal and at least one other staff member greet my children personally at the entrance of the school each morning. The academics while challenging are presented by helpful teachers that have loving assisted my children in achieving success - not by lowering the standard, but raising the level of ability and understanding so that success can be independently found in the future. Academics, and athletics - in addition to fundamental Christianity are all taught with equal balance and character. My only regret is not having attended Woodlands Christian sooner! TWCA is our new home for school!

We have been at this school for the past 4 years. I have two children in upper school and one in the lower school. I can't say enough good things about the school. We love every aspect ! The teachers are wonderful and the curriculum is A+++. The low student to teacher ratio, well-degreed staff and caring administration says it all. There are so many wonderful Christian role models at this school for our children, especially the coaching staff! The athletic program is terrific and the students are encouraged to do as many sports as they like. A welcome change from public. The headmaster, Julie Ambler is wonderful. She takes time to greet students in the morning and is often seen on campus engaging students in conversation. As a parent, she is always available to meet with and discuss any concerns. The school takes a biblical approach to all its policies. The lower school principal, Eve Allen, is not only well educated but extremely loving. Upper school principle is Steve Zeal and he is equally as well educating and engaging with the students. He greets them each morning at the gate with a smile and encouraging words. We love TWCA and everyone there!!

My family came to TWCA from the public school system during the transition with this new administration led by Julie Ambler. We were pleased our first year at the school but now we have seen several things happen at the school with this new high school prinicipal that are questionable and definitely do not follow the Christian environment the school is saying that it represents. There is no perfect school but when you advertise as a Christian school then you should function as one in all aspects. I would rather have a caring and loving principal who truly knows each student and is appreciated for the love he has for his students and not his ability to obtain certification that is really not that important in the real world. The upper school is lacking in many areas and the staff turnover speaks for itself in how this administration operates. I am happy with our lower school and the loving environment it relays but our upper school is in need of serious re-evaluation when it comes to what is really important for the families at TWCA.

We have been at TWCA lower school for the last four years and are extremely happy academically, spiritually, socially and physically. Half of our fourth and fifth graders scored in the top 5% of the nation on at least one section of the Stanford Achievement Tests. That proves that they are teaching at a very high level. The math program is especially good. Instead of teaching to the test, they teach to where the kids are! What a novel concept. We are excited about how much our kids are learning and the Christian context they are learning it in. Keep it up TWCA!

We have seen a great transformation of this school. The administration has raised the bar and gotten the right faculty in place. There is a renewed focus and energy on providing top-notch education while also utilizing the small class size for direct mentoring and guidance of the students. We see a wonderful 'community' in the school with PK through 12th grade all participating in school events. The new Upper School center is amazing. The classrooms and faculty are using this space that God provided to do His work in a very professional looking center.

Our kids love TWCA! We love that our children are getting a quality education through a biblical worldview, but also appreciate being a part of such a passionate Christ-centered community.

TWCA has done an about face! Four years ago the school returned to God and God is reigning on TWCA. Julie Ambler, our headmaster (an MBA from UT), took the lead and has prayerfully and systematically 'rebuilt' TWCA. We have a dream team administration, passionate teachers and mission appropriate families. We just opened our fabulous new high school building (9-12th). We have separate areas of the campus for our middle school (6-8th), elementary (1-5th) and pre-school (3 years old - K) complete with a separate playground, trike track and puppet theater! This is our 7th year and we are humbled to watch God work. My son said, 'mom, I LOVE school...it is just different this year'. He is dissecting flowers, studying St. Augustine and going to Carolina Creek this next week! In a culture of moral decay, Biblical truth interwoven with the love learning is PRICELESS!

Wow!! This school has really pulled it together. The buzz on campus is electric, the new principals are dynamic and have brought the curriculum up to the highest levels. I can't wait to see how God continues to work at TWCA. Even though school started a week ago, our kids class is continuing to grow as more and more people are hearing about what is going on at TWCA

Our family moved to TWCA from a Christian school in another city and has experienced a strong sense of community among students, faculty and families with an emphasis on mentoring relationships at TWCA. The school upholds high standards for academic achievement, athletic excellence and student activities - all with Biblical integrity.
