Great school, great teachers. Arts Academy gives children much of what is sorely missed in schools today. Focusing on the arts (music, dance, drama, art) with a strong push in academics as well. Kids receive a very well rounded education. School scores consistently high on state reviews.

We love Caldwell Elementary! To have an art school that is not only a public one, but that teaches the arts - music, dance, drama........well is a blessing beyond words. I have worked many hours as a volunteer to get to know the teachers. I must say they are hard working, dedicated and caring individuals. The leadership provided by the principals and staff is outstanding. This school is the best kept secret in Tyler!!

We are going to miss going to school there! You cannot ask for better teachers & curriculmn. The school as whole is so well rounded. The faculty just love all the children who walk into that school.

My two children started school here in 2001-2002 school year when the new campus first opened. My oldest was starting first grade and WOW! what a differnece from the school where she attended Kindergarten. She did good in her Kindergarten class however we noticed signifigant development in her accomplishment in the new environment. We also noticed a differene when my youngest started school here. He used to hate to read and would not sit down to study. Once in Caldwell he loved it so much he was falling asleep with books at night. They are in 2nd and 3rd grade now and both doing so well. I couldn't ask for a better school or for better teachers. Everyone seems to care so much about what they are teaching and it shows by how well the students are learning and enjoying each subject. Excellent school and faculty.
