Warren High School is a great school to attend. Students have ample opportunities to excel in their future. A child has to be willing to go the extra mile. The attention is not only on sports and AG, there is plenty of rewards in academics. Warren ISD does have limited resources, because a small town equals small funds. The year my Child graduated they had incentives days, because of excellent attendance, outstanding academic performance, and good behavior.

I agree with the first review. Unless your child is 'mainstream' then they will not do well at Warren ISD. They lack the resources to adequately teach 'special needs' students as well as 'gifted & talented' students. Very little parent involvement, low morale among teachers & administrators & a lack of elective courses plague this district. I never found 1 faculty member willing to go the extra mile for either one of my children - 1 was special needs & the other was a high achiever. For a rural area where a small percent of students will attend college there should be more vocational training & less emphasis on sports. Attendance & graduation rates are very low. Warren does have an outstanding AG department.

This school needs more help for children that are needing extra help, and also the teachers need to show the students that they want to get them help and they care about the students, instead of not caring and letting the student fail.
