Weslaco East is a great school. Teachers are eager to teach you and they are fully qualified to. Im a graduate from there, so I know first hand their dedication.

I am a parent of a 2008 Graduate and I believe this campus is great school. Every aspect from administration to the welcoming environment at this campus is top rate. There are only 3 ways to get on campus with a security booth at each entrance. No one comes in or out without someone knowing. Students are less likely to leave campus and parents should have a confident level of security for all concerned. Ms. Peterson, principal, has been recognized as Principal of the year both by the local Region and HEB. She is a kind and diligent leader. It is obvious she runs a tight ship and is compassionate as well, which in my opinion, is a good sign of a strong leader. My daughter thought the world of her. She truly benefitted from her teachers guidance, compassion and patience. Thanks

The teachers are far more involved with their students which makes it easier for students to strive for a higher education
