I have been at Christ Academy for 10 years and I can honestly say it is better than it has ever been. The administration and teachers believe in the mission to produce academically well prepared students who model the character of Jesus Christ. They are preparing my children for higher education and for life. They challenge while also provide a nurturing environment. It is a great place and I am confident my children are not being taught to a test, they are mastering what they learn.

Christ Academy is constantly exceeding my expectations of a school through their excellent teachers, curriculum and culture. I was never expecting to leave our children in private beyond preschool, but I find that what is being offered at Christ Academy is worth the investment! From education that is rigorous and focused on them to the culture that includes faith in Jesus Christ in every subject, this school has been great. I love the involvement and interaction of students with each other. The sports programs are expanding to include children of every grade level. There is an forward thinking approach to high school and middle school that makes Christ Academy the best place for college preparation in the area. As much as I might try, I can never convey in words how awesome the support and culture are driven by the teachers. They truly love their students, and my children absolutely love their teachers and school. In fact, they both beg for us to let them stay after school to participate in the after school programs and summer care programs.

We Love Christ Academy (formerly The Episcopal School), and it now is going through 9th grade, adding a grade in high school every year. Just how many extra-curricular activities does one child need? I think there is plenty @ CA, but aren't our children just a bit overscheduled anyway? If you want your children to be immersed in christ-like attitude, biblical teaching and a great curriculum, then CA is the place to be.

We love this school!! After a terrible year at another school, we transferred our child & have been here for the past 3 years. We love the teachers, they truly care & display Christian values. We wish TES went thru High School so our child would never have to leave this wonderful environment. The academics are challenging enough to keep the children engaged & learning. In Jr High, the kids will be getting High School credits.

i had 2 daughters that went to episcopal school. one thru the sixth grade. the other thru the seventh. one is in nursing school currently. the other is on the presidents dean's list at her college. the values, goal setting, christian atmosphere are unbeatble. my son currently attends this school. he has tested out post high school on the stanford in all subjects since in the second grade. he is currently a fifth grader and will attend episocpal thru the eighth grade. i have a grandson that will begin attending the school in two years. i have been involved with this school for 15 years. it is a superb learning environment..with basically no discipline problems, an excellent teacher to pupil ratio and very postivie atmosphere. i highly recommend this school

We have enjoyed being at TES. IT is a very nice school with a good academic curriculum. It does not offer enough as far as extra curricular activities go. The price is a bit high considering the lack of everything except a quality curriculum. It is an excellent school for this area but, not as good as some public schools in other outlying areas. The Stanford scores are so high because they can pick and choose the students that go there. We do not regret our decision to go to TES at all. It meets our childrens needs for now.

I am a former student of The Episcopal school, and most of my classmates and I all went to the same high school together. 5 out of the Top 10 graduates were all students at Episopal during the elementary year. Most of us are now off studying pre-law and pre-med. It was a great school.

The students in this school consistently rank in the top 20% Nationally on the Stanford Achievement Test and an extremely high percentage qualify to take the SAT and ACT as Freshmen in High School. The school has students from 3K through 8th grade and their current enrollment is around 215.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
