Robert P Brabham Middle School

My Daughter has gone to this school for 2 years!She has done very well at Brabham and would not want to attend any other middle school in Willis! The teachers need to be informed if your child is having a problem.Hopefully you would have some idea when progress reports came out! Parents need to care more about what is going on in their childs life!

This school doesn't listen. It is impossible to get issues resolved with the counselor. There is no time made to discuss with any teacher any issues.

My daughter went to this school for two years, I didn't have a problem with any of the teachers save one who was insulted that I went to the principle before speaking directly with her. However; one cannot judge a school based on one or two teachers. The principle leaves something to be desired. Though she will check her teachers it seemed to take a call from me to do it. She also tends to tell you what you want to hear rather than what actually is. There is a strong focus on passing the TAKS but I have found that to be so in FL and NY state also.

I would not recommend this school! Our experience in this district has been awful. Rude teachers, even more rude are the administrators. Parent involvement at a mediocre level. Academics focused solely on passing the taks test. Sad sad shape of things in this school.
