This is a great scholl in a great small family oriented community
Winona ISD is a good quality school for parents who prefer their children attend a smaller school. The district is currently in great shape financially. Our elementary school has begun providing free immunizations and free breakfast to all elementary students.
Winona has a limited amount of special education services, preferably in the field of autism. Absolutely no staff available for parent in home training.
This is our first week and so far I have been tremendously pleased with the school overall, especially the safety attention paid to k-3. the bus drivers are excellant as is the principal. I don't feel like a stranger when I arrive at school for my granddaughter. Thank you Winona Elementary !
