First year at this school it seems to be good so far. The teachers and principal see to be very caring and understanding.

Do NOT bring your kids to this school! The principle is incompetent and is only there to collect her paycheck. The disciplinary actions for bullys is a joke. Our kids are not protected here. There is no control over some of the children. The communication between the principle and parents is horrible. We are moving because we do not want our children in this environment any longer. That being said, there are some exceptional teachers that do care about the children. But, the negatives seem to outweigh the positive. There are a few bad apples that need to retire. So happy to leave this school!

THis is a great school. The teachers are great to work with. My children really loved thier teachers. They felt comfortable in thier learning environment. They loved the young astronauts club. This is club encourages children in math and science. There is also a homework club for students after school who need help with thier homework.

Meadowbrook is a fantastic school with a great deal of parent involvement. The school is working on creating a walking track in combination with a mileage club for students to keep students healthy. The school also got a grant to get a keyboarding lab so all students learn how to play the piano. It's a fun school, and my kids love it!

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Utah used the Utah Criterion-Referenced Test (CRT) to test students in grades 2 through 11 in Language Arts, in grades 2 through 8 in Math, in grades 4 through 8 in Science and upon completion of certain courses in grades 8 through 11. The CRT is a standards-based testing program, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Utah.
