My child has been going to this school for 4 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it awesome teachers, awesome front office, and awesome principal. They llisten when there is concerns, they have great parent involvement in the classrooms, and great newsletters to keep us updated. Great Place!
My son only attended this school for about a month, but that was more than enough. The principal has no desire to ensure that the students there are challenged especially when overwhelming evidence shows above par performance. Instead he seems to be more interested in social standards that he really at an elementary level has little control over.
I love Pony Express and so does my son! Great staff and teachers! We were new to the community when my son started Kindergarten, but within no time we felt right at home. I love the front office staff and my son's Kindergarten teacher rocks! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Really great school!
My girls transfered to this school with a month left last year. They loved their new teachers and the students were friendly...
I think this is a great school. They have many after school activites including choir and a local Knowledge Bowl. I have a soon to be 4th grader and a soon to be 2nd grader who attended last year and I couldn't have been more pleased. If you get Mr. Morley as your child's third grade teacher count yourself LUCKY. He is one of the best of the best. My daughter and het entire class loved him and I appreciated his teaching style! Over all I'd say, for a new school, these guys are doing it right!
Above all, the school, the teachers, and teh additional staff are amazing. My only 'downer' is as a working mother, I'm one of the few LDS mothers that work and cannot atten every single function that is had by my two boys (and there are a lot!). So sometimes I feel like trying to convey that I don't have the ability to just drop and run to various school things, I don't completely 'fit in'. But regardless, all in all, I give the school and all of those who help run it a 5+!! :)
I was nervous about this school because of the sheer number of students, but our experience has been awesome! Warm, caring teachers and staff do their very best to help parents have a voice and students achieve their best. A fun, positive atmosphere with teachers who really strive to create a strong learning environment.
My daughter has thrived socially and academically at this school. The environment is warm and friendly and students are encouraged to excell without undue pressure. I substitute frequently at this school as well as others and it is my favorite place to sub. The kids are polite and support each other in positive ways. The admin staff is outstanding and they go out of their way to accommodate special needs and requests. The principal is the perfect balance of a great administrator and friend to the students. As a parent, I always feel my input is welcome and heard. We have had some unique circumstances and the teachers, staff and principal have always handled these situations exactly as I wanted them to and never made me feel that I was asking too much. The PTA is large, well-organized and productive. Parents seem to be supportive of one another. Great school!
This school is great. The classes are a little big, but they have a schedule so some kids come early and then the rest come about an hour later it works out well. The teachers really seem to care about the kids and the admin staff is awesome!!
this school is great the staff is very friendly and the teachers are just what you would want your kids to have they look like they love there job we love the school....
