U Can Learn

I was very unhappy with the services at U Can Learn. The staff is not nearly as well-versed in learning disorders as they claim to be and they border on unethical in their interpretations. While they may be a non-profit, it seems clear that they are out to make a profit off a parents.

This is an excellent school for any child with learning disabilities. My son has dyslexia and was failing in public schools. He would tell me he was the dumbest kid in school. He had no self confidence. We put him in U Can Learn in the 3rd grade and he has been there 2 years now. They have programs that help fix the problems with learning disabilities and they work! He now loves going to school and is excitied about going every day! They have the best staff and programs!

Our son has a number of learning challenges. U CAN LEARN has been providing help in a variety of resources for our son for over 4 years. We keep coming back because the staff are truly motivated by helping the children succeed and we have not found such a welcome, adaptable, proactive and successful environment elsewhere.

U Can Learn provided the perfect environment for my son to learn. The small classes and innovative programs have helped my son progress incredibly in the past year. I was actually excited to get the test scores. Everyone who has seen his progress knows that this school has been the best thing for him.

My daughyer has been attending U Can Learn for almost three years. We looked long and hard to find a school to address her dsylexia and had her in other private schools that had no knowledge of how to adress her learning disability. She has progressed from being years behind in her reading to almost being on grade level. She has benifited from the small classrooms, the twice weekly pullouts and the dedicated staff. There is nothing else like it in Utah, believe me we looked long and hard.

I love U CAN LEARN because no one made fun of me. My teacher understood my challenges and I was not overwhelmed by the teaching. This year, I never cried over my homework. I loved going to school because I can learn without being pressured. I made great friends.
