I have a granddaughter in the early intervention preschool program and have been extremely impressed with the dedication that the teachers and speech support show in preparing and teaching the curriculum that best serves each student. As a teacher I have also been very impressed with how quiet and respectful the students are in the hallways.

This school is terrible. There is no supervision in the mornings at the playgrounds and, unless you're eating breakfast, the children HAVE to be outside. All the staff seem very unwelcoming and too busy to talk to you. In my daughter's classroom I feel like I am putting her teacher off when I go in to discuss anything with her.

This school has been so welcoming and supportive. Although very diverse with many kids who speak language other than English, it seems teachers expect them to do their best and make kids feel good about school at the same time.

I love this schoo! The principal and all the teachers treat the children like they are real people. They all care about the children and help them to do their very best. Keep up the good work!

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Utah used the Utah Criterion-Referenced Test (CRT) to test students in grades 2 through 11 in Language Arts, in grades 2 through 8 in Math, in grades 4 through 8 in Science and upon completion of certain courses in grades 8 through 11. The CRT is a standards-based testing program, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Utah. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level.
