Parent involvement details Waterford has a parent portal, which is the primary hub of communication. Additionally, Waterford uses a Learning Management System (LMS) to support the learning process for students and parents. Parent/Teacher Conferences are held 3x per year.
Approach to addressing and preventing bullying Waterford has a comprehensive Student Handbook which outlines behavioral expectations for all students. Bullying is not tolerated.

Staff details The faculty (not including administration or staff) consists of 122 full and part time teachers (50 men; 72 women), of whom 44 teach in the Lower Schools and 78 teach in the Middle and Upper School. More than 50% of the distinguished faculty at Waterford has an average tenure of 14 years; 65% of the faculty hold advanced degrees.

Application/ enrollment process details To gauge a student’s ability and assess achievement, the Admissions Committee will consider previous standardized testing. Further admissions testing will be administered by the school. Consideration will be given to a student’s previous academic record, teacher recommendations, progress in school, personal attributes, and special interests and talents.
