We love AHSJ! We have three children that attend American Heriatge. We've noticed improvements in reading, math, and handwritting. The teachers love the students and love teaching. The adminstration is quick to address any concerns or answer any questions. We love that our children also learn values and morals. This is a school that is concerned with acadmics and character, to form a well rounded student.

We LOVE American Heritage! We have had our kids here for 6 years now and have had a wonderful experience with the teachers and staff. Any problems are quickly resolved as the administration listens to parents. What we are most grateful for is that our kids LOVE TO LEARN. They love going to school, they love to read. We came here from the public school system because the education at American Heritage focuses what each individual child needs, not the blanket "one size fits all" education that we were getting at our local public school. We have been really happy here and are grateful to be able to continue having our kids come here. Thank you to all the staff and teachers at American Heritage!

I love this school. They truly try to give students a chance to excel. There are a couple students who were not doing well in the public school system and came here and developed into a whole new person. They became someone important. If someone truly dislikes this school, leave. The public school probably failed you and that is why you came to this school. Looking for someone to solve your childs problem. Sorry about your two failures. Good luck finding a place you speak positively about. My children have been in this school for years. There are people who leave and come back because the public school system was teaching their children things they learned at American Heritage two years earlier. Many of my friends envy my children being able to be in this school. I feel fortunate and it is worth the sacrifices we have to make to get the best for our children. Thank you American Heritage.

As a student who went here for three years, I have some things to say about the school. It was a great place to learn. I have created friendships with teachers that continue even years after leaving. On the other hand, there is not much pressure for the students to do well. This could change, but given what new teachers have been added, I don't see them being chosen often. From the social aspect, it was horrible. I went there from 6-8 grades, and I always felt like it was a battlefield. And even when there were issues, the administration was very unsupportive. There was a brief incident with students using drugs, and they picked and chose which students to expel. Overall, I would recommend your elementary schoolers go to this school, where the social scene is mellow. But for the middle and high schoolers, consider another option.

AHH, this is sad. The school is just wonderful. The office staff are very helpful and kind. The teachers love the children and my children are very happy. I feel so blessed to avoid the Middle School years in the public school system. What a great alternative. It is worth the sacrifice. If you are not happy just quietly go back to the public school system. And, at this point I fear for them too. The public schools have some positive things happening and some wonderful teachers. Unfortunately, the public school system shuffles around bad teachers. It is nice to have a school who wants the best and tries to find the best.

This is a great school! My kids love this school and learn something new everyday. They feel safe and accepted at school, which helps them to to grow and find success. They are challenged by their teachers and have many opportunities for extra activities and classes. Our kids have always done well in school but now they love going and are sad when the weekend comes. This says a lot for the school and administration. We also love the school's honor code and uniform policy.
