My son started out in a kindergarten class pretty much on the bottom of the perspective when he had taken the kindergarten evaluation. He can now read books to me, count to 100, tell time on a hand watch, basic add and subtraction, he knows his birth date, his address, his phone number and how to spell his first and last name! I am more than impressed! 98% of this teachers entire class has accomplished that. amazing!

Our school was new last year. I had four kids in elementary and liked all their teachers. The principal is fantastic.

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Utah used the Utah Criterion-Referenced Test (CRT) to test students in grades 2 through 11 in Language Arts, in grades 2 through 8 in Math, in grades 4 through 8 in Science and upon completion of certain courses in grades 8 through 11. The CRT is a standards-based testing program, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Utah. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level.
