Amazing! There are some teachers here who truly shine. They care about the kids and provide a super learning environment.

I loved this school for my children. I only had one problem with a certain 1st grade teacher who was too overbearing. The rest of the teachers were fantastic.

We have wonderful teachers who really care about the children and their learning. The parents are really involved in the activities at school and of course our PTA who work very hard to make sure that each activity is fun and educational for all the students.

They have a lot of programs that help the kids. The PTA does a great job of making sure there are lots of fun activities that also help the kids learn. The teachers truly care about their students and their ability to learn.

The school is great. My child has learned a lot. The problem is the community. The parents are lazy and expect the school to do everything. The children and parents lack manors and think that everyone is to blame for their poor parenting.

This school is great...If you expect to send your child to school to watch movies all the time. My kindergartner states that he is 'bored of letter factory.' Not only that, but his teacher can't seem to get homework folders together even when she has an extended break, such as spring break & Christmas break. We are looking into charter schools and private schools.

the staff and the principal are horrible. they don't care about their students and even most of the teachers could care less about their students. last year i had a teacher and she was horrible to the students and a horrible educator. my suggestion to you is to transfer you kid to a different school or they need to change the principal right away if not oakcrest is going to crash and burn real soon.

The school is overcrowed. They have some great teachers and my kids have been mostly happy with them and at the school. Granted there are a few teachers to stay clear of. But the main problem is most of the families don't get involved with their child's education at home. They expect the teachers to do it all. If you were to put this staff in a different location, I think you would see a difference in the performance of this school.

This school and school district lacks the will and the funds to improve its present performance. Academics and safety are not a concern for the staff at this school or district. Very few teachers at this school should be consider true educators. There is a lack of leadership as far as the principal is concern. Terrible school.
