About the test
2013-14 state-level reading, math, and writing results are not available for the Vermont NECAP; please see here for more information.
The NECAP is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Vermont. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level on the test.
